What You’ll Be Doing:

• Financial modelling and investment analysis for major residential assets and new projects
• Supporting the capital transactions team on acquisitions and project feasibility
• Tracking portfolio performance, including leasing, revenue, and operational benchmarks
• Preparing internal and external reports for senior stakeholders, capital partners and advisors
• Collaborating with asset managers and development leads to align financial strategy with on-the-ground performance

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in property investment, valuations, advisory, or development
• Strong Excel modelling and analytical capabilities
• Commercial acumen with an understanding of property markets and asset performance
• Excellent communication skills confident presenting data to internal and external stakeholders
