This includes working on implementation plans, supporting customer projects at each stage, and facilitating communication between teams in Australia & globally.

Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for technology projects.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and engineers.
• Analyse and map out system processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Support project teams by providing clear documentation and regular progress updates.
• Conduct gap analysis to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and project teams.
• Assist with testing and quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for delivered solutions.

Profile

A successful Technical BA should have:

• A strong background in business analysis within the technology sector. 5-6 years exp
• Experience in the Retail sector or Merchandising as a Technical BA.
• Experience working in SaaS environments and handling complex system integration's.
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, such as BRDs and functional specifications.
• Experience with process mapping tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of SQL and API integration's, ERP experience a plus.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies, such as Agile.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
