Award winning financial services organisation requires a professional and proactive IT Operations Analyst to join their growing Technology team and learn directly from the Senior Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in IT service operations who enjoys working with data, streamlining processes, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.

This role will suit an individual who is analytical, organised, and eager to play a key role in supporting the delivery of IT service management across a complex and fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support service management functions including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management using ITIL principles.
• Prepare and deliver IT service reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Assist with the day-to-day coordination of IT Operations activities, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to IT governance by tracking compliance, identifying trends, and supporting continual improvement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between internal squads, external vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services.

About You:

• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks (certification highly regarded).
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting tools.
• Highly organised with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, agile environment and engaging with a range of business and technology stakeholders.

Desirable Experience:

• Exposure to IT governance, compliance, or service improvement projects.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and operations.
• Background in financial services or regulated environments (advantageous but not essential).
