The finance team plays a key role in driving business performance, partnering closely with leadership and shaping decision-making across the group.

About the role:

Sitting in a high-performing FP&A team, this is a role that will give you access to sales and marketing leaders, involvement in strategic planning, and a front-row seat to M&A modelling and business change.

Your remit will include:

• Business partnering across sales and marketing to support performance, forecasting and financial education
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, with exposure to key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Process improvement and system refinement, especially across CRM, GL and data flow
• Helping shape conversations around the business through automation and smart modelling
• Ad hoc commercial modelling and scenario planning, including for future acquisitions

This isn’t a role where you’ll be boxed into the reporting cycle. You’ll be part of a dynamic team with a strong voice in the business and genuine visibility across operations.

About You:

You’re CA qualified, technically strong, and have already made the move (or are ready to) into a more commercially facing role. You’re comfortable working autonomously, keen to solve problems, and able to flex across projects and stakeholders. You bring the curiosity and initiative that thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

We’re looking for:

• A Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with solid technical grounding
• Experience in a commercial finance or FP&A role, ideally 2–3 years post-qualification
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• A collaborative, adaptable working style with clear communication
• Exposure to SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, ARR/MRR) would be a strong advantage
• A genuine interest in automation, systems, and business improvement
