As we continue to expand our global footprint and evolve our service offerings, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant to play a pivotal role in elevating our brand strategy, client acquisition efforts, and overall marketing performance. This new position reflects our continued commitment to excellence and the growing complexity of our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conducting market research for clients to identify opportunities for new and existing products and services, analysing competitors, and assessing current customer situations
· participating in team brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing strategies and generate innovative ideas for clients
· assisting clients in formulating comprehensive marketing strategies and plans, including defining market positioning, segmentation, and target customers, to drive business growth and development
· supporting clients in developing business models, including devising effective pricing strategies, adjusting product and service mix, and enhancing advertising and sales promotions
· Guiding clients in expanding brand influence by developing effective brand strategies, selecting marketing channels, and optimizing customer acquisition tactics.
· Collaborating with clients to implement marketing strategies, including website development, user database management, user interface optimization, and social media content creation
· Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports on key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize future strategies
· Managing the company’s social media marketing efforts, analyzing market insights, discovering successful marketing cases, and generating content ideas for marketing campaigns and webinars
· Meeting with clients regularly to review marketing strategies, provide updates, and follow up on action items to ensure progress and alignment with business objectives
· Responding to inquiries from potential clients, offering expert guidance, and facilitating the acquisition of new clients for the company through effective communication and relationship building
· Managing premium clients, ensuring ongoing engagement, and providing continuous consulting services to maintain long-term relationships
Skills:
· Proven experience of at least 2 years’ experience in a marketing consultancy or agency environment
· A minimum of bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, content creation, and social media strategies
· Excellent communication skills, analytical, and project management skills
· Ability to develop client relationships and deliver results under tight deadlines
