A major builder working across the commercial building industry in W.A is seeking a Building Services Manager to oversee the successful delivery of MEPF services to it's portfolio of projects.

Projects include commercial and mixed-use towers, sports facilities, manufacturing facilities, student accommodation, labs & educational facilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the MEPF component of each project is delivered safely, according to design specs and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for procuring relevant, competent subcontractors to deliver the works, liaising with and managing their progress on site, reporting on their progress and working with the site and project management teams, consultants, commissioning teams and clients to achieve a successful, cost-effective outcome.
