About Bawinanga Homelands Aboriginal Corporation

Bawinanga Homelands Aboriginal Corporation (BHAC) is a large, values-driven Aboriginal organisation located in Maningrida, on the north coast of Arnhem Land. We support 36 remote Homelands through services in construction, housing, civil works, retail, arts, employment, and more!

With a workforce of up to 200 and an operating budget between $35–45 million, BHAC is growing rapidly. We're expanding our capability and welcoming new talent to help deliver major grant-funded infrastructure and development projects across the region.

But we're not just about work. Maningrida is renowned for its pristine fishing destination, featuring untouched beaches, vibrant community life, and a welcoming local culture. Whether it’s weekends on the water, zero commute, or meaningful relationships at work, life here offers more.
