Our Willagee service is continuing to grow enrolments and build our team of heroes to deliver fantastic experiences to our children and families.

We are a local family-owned service with supportive & passionate providers with plans to grow in the near future.

Our 47 place service is freshly refurbished with quality resources and an enthusiastic leadership team strongly focused on our connection with children, families and community.

Your next chapter starts here…

Your full time role will involve working closely with both our educators and management team, including.

Being an advocate for all children and educators, ensuring the rights of children and child protection is foremost.

Lead our team of passionate educators, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Assisting educators on the floor to maintain appropriate ratios, steering practices, and providing mentorship.

Managing day-to-day service operations to ensure the provision of high-quality education and care.

Maintain compliance with the EYLF and NQS across the service.

Developing and maintaining relationships with families and our community.

Being the Nominated Supervisor for the service.

Assisting our management team with:

Staff rostering & timesheets

Service Financials

Conducting parent tours, managing enrolments and waitlists.

Our management team are hands-on, actively supporting and building your skills to grow our service.

Your story will need:

A passion to build a successful, nurturing and high quality service for staff and families alike.

Experience leading teams to success in an Early Learning setting.

Adaptability, flexibility, resilience, and exceptional communication skills

A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)

Operational experience across policy, regulatory and compliance areas.

Administrative skills, including effective time management and ideally experience with OWNA software.

Plus our pre-requisites of:

ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood & Care or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)

A current (WA) Working with Children Check

National Criminal History Check within the last six (6) months.

First Aid in an Education and Care Setting.
