About the Role:

This is an end-to-end Property Management position managing a portfolio of 150 properties, predominantly located in the Mooloolaba region. You’ll be supported by a dedicated team and have access to the latest tools and technology to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of residential properties
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Conducting inspections and managing maintenance
• Handling QCAT matters (no trust accounting required)

What We’re Looking For

• QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (essential)
• 2+ years of Property Management experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Ideally available to work full-time in-office (flexibility possible for an exceptional candidate)
