About the Company

Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to take the next step in your career? This is your opportunity to join a Property Management team who promote a positive, friendly and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of 150 properties, ensuring everything runs efficiently.

Build and nurture strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, consistently delivering outstanding service.

Coordinate maintenance and repairs promptly, ensuring all properties are kept to an exceptional standard.

Stay informed on current property legislation to ensure full compliance across the portfolio.

Collaborate with support staff and provide guidance to junior team members, helping drive high standards and best practices throughout the team.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of property management.

Current driver’s license

Current Real Estate License.

Thorough understanding of relevant Queensland property legislation.

High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Skills and Experience:

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

Deadline-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.

Strong negotiation skills.

Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
