The Opportunity:

As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of local properties. You will be provided with great support and enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably within a fast-paced agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of property management practices, legislation, and market trends.
• Excellent organisational skills to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of properties.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in property management software, particularly PropertyMe (experience with other software will be considered).
• Valid real estate certificate & driver's license & vehcle.
