Position: Senior Property Manager
Salary: $90,000 + Super
Incentives: $2,500 per quarter, with an additional $3,000 annual bonus if all targets are achieved
Flexible Working: flexible working hours from 7:00am to 3:30pm are provided to assist with traffic.
Car: A shared office car is available, though most external duties such as routines and entry/exit tasks are handled by the assistant
Location: Inner City
Requirements/Experience: 3yrs+ Property Management Experience
Role: 130 managements
Support: Full-time VA, leasing agent, and shared in-office assistant

Role 2:
Position: Senior Property Manager
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + Superannuation
Location: Coomera
Requirements/Experience: 2yrs+ Property Management Experience
Role: Portfolio of 220 properties
Support: Full-time VA and Routine Inspections Support

Role 3:
Position: Property Manager
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + Super
Location: Bayside
Requirements/Experience: 2yrs+ Property Management Experience
Incentives: KPI bonuses, $4K incentives, plus commissions for new business and sales referrals.
Car: A shared office car is available, though most external duties such as routines and entry/exit tasks are handled by the assistant
Role: Manage a portfolio of 170 properties end-to-end
Support: Full-time VA, leasing agent, and shared in-office assistant)

Role 4:
Position: Senior Property Manager
Salary: $95,000 + Super
Location: Inner city
Requirements/Experience: 2yrs Property Management Experience
Car Allowance: $5,000
Incentives: $8,000 KPI performance based incentive
Role: Manage a portfolio of 170 properties end-to-end
Support: No Entries, No Leasing
