Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a well-supported property portfolio
• Handle lease renewals, entry & exit inspections
• Arrears management & maintenance coordination
• Invoicing, compliance and tribunal/QCAT (if required)
• Deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants
• Use of leading cloud-based software systems

What You’ll Need:

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Previous experience in Property Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
• A polished, professional approach and great phone manner
• Valid driver’s licence
