ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and professional Senior Property Manager to take the lead in managing a high-quality residential portfolio. In this role, you’ll have oversight of junior property managers and enjoy the support of an assistant for out-of-office tasks, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding service to clients.

This position requires someone who can work autonomously and is confident managing all aspects of portfolio administration, including trust accounting responsibilities such as daily receipting and mid- and end-of-month disbursements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords

Overseeing junior property managers and supporting their development

Managing repairs and maintenance effectively

Handling rent arrears management

Preparing and representing landlords at QCAT hearings if required

Completing trust accounting, including daily receipting, mid- and end-of-month processing

Ensuring compliance and smooth portfolio management with a proactive approach

ABOUT YOU

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in property management, with proven ability managing your own portfolio

Strong leadership skills and ability to guide junior team members

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Professional presentation and a positive attitude

Current Australian driver’s licence

Competitive salary package of $85,000 – $95,000 depending on experience
