Change Analyst

Multiple roles available - NSW Government Department - hybrid Sydney CBD + WFH - ASAP start, 12 month initial assignment - $670 - $770 per day + super

Key accountabilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessment and analysis of the change impacts between current and future state ERP system for a range of NSW Government agencies.
• Inform the development of change management plans, including completing stakeholder analysis, change readiness assessments, and identifying risks to adoption.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of change initiatives, including Executive engagement, training, staff briefings, and communication requirements.
• Contribute to the implementation of agreed change management activities in consultation with key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage change management records and artefacts to inform decision making and support appropriate project management and governance.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with project team members, stakeholders and clients

Selection criteria:

• Proven experience in a change management role
• Relevant change management qualifications highly desirable
• Previous Government experience
• Experience working on an SAP or ERP implementation
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
