Pay rate: $670 - 770/day plus superannuation

Location: Sydney CBD / WFH (3 days on site)

About the Role

Join a major NSW Government organisation delivering a large-scale ERP transformation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful system and process change across multiple agencies.

As a Change Analyst, you'll play a critical role in assessing impacts and supporting the successful delivery of change initiatives. Your efforts will directly help users adapt to new ways of working across a modernised technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse the impacts of moving from current to future ERP systems across various NSW Government agencies
• Support the development of change management plans, including stakeholder mapping, change readiness assessments, and risk identification
• Assist with the design and rollout of change strategies—executive engagement, training, briefings, and communications
• Coordinate and implement agreed change initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners
• Maintain clear records and artefacts to support governance and project decision-making
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, the project team, and broader client groups

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong background in change management within complex project environments
• Experience supporting ERP or SAP transformations (highly desirable)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Prior experience working within government or large matrixed organisations
