Bluefin is partnering with a long-standing client to find an experienced and proactive PMO Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a well-established team and play a key role in supporting a high-profile technology transformation program. The role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.

The Role:

• Supporting the successful planning, execution, and reporting of a portfolio of digital and IT projects
• Preparing and maintaining program-wide reporting, dashboards, and governance packs
• Managing procurement tasks including vendor contracts and purchase orders
• Collaborating across multiple streams in a large matrix environment
• Facilitating accurate financial tracking and resource planning
• Supporting program and project managers with day-to-day delivery tasks
• Maintaining program-level documentation and stakeholder communications

Your Background:

• 6+ years experience in a PMO Analyst role working on complex technology or transformation programs
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and governance frameworks.
• Able to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Confident using Google Suite or Microsoft Office. Experience with tools like Clarity or Ariba is a bonus.
• Confident communicator across all levels of stakeholders

This is a daily rate contract role based in North-West Sydney, offering between $700+ and $750+ per day. The position is based on a hybrid working model with 2–3 days required in the office each week. Please apply if you meet the criteria and are comfortable with the location and onsite commitment.
