This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the customer journey — from order entry through to resolution of enquiries — while working alongside multiple departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for clients.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for a range of clients, your key responsibilities will include:

Processing customer orders received via phone, email, or digital systems

Managing the end-to-end order and invoicing process

Assisting with credit notes and pick slip confirmations

Handling customer enquiries and coordinating internally to resolve issues

Supporting warehouse and sales functions during periods of absence

Maintaining accurate customer and transaction records

Contributing to continuous improvement and OH&S initiatives

What You Bring:

Strong customer service background, preferably in a B2B or warehouse/distribution environment

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail and strong administrative/data entry skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level or above)

Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems is highly advantageous

Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tasks
