Keyzee is an e-commerce and fulfillment company servicing the property management industry. We are dedicated to streamlining access and key management. We purchase, hold and distribute access devices (keys, swipes and garage remotes) to residents in 1000s of buildings across Victoria.

We’re a fast-growing business with an ambitious team and exciting plans to expand across the country and introduce new service offerings. This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at a pivotal time and play a crucial role in delivering the best customer experience.

The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity to take a key role. We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Experience Team Lead. You’ll be working closely with the management team to assist in the delivery of excellent customer service with significant scope for growth in your role.

Strong knowledge and previous experience working with and/or managing remote teams is desirable but not essential, however passion and a problem-solving mindset is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a small team of customer support agents to create positive customer experiences

Setting goals and KPIs for the team and monitoring progress

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations & management to address customer concerns and improve processes.

Work with the team to build out SOPS and data knowledge base, continuing to review and editing as required

About You

You’re a people person, attentive to detail, a problem solver, reliable and extremely organised. You thrive under pressure and are excited at the thought of working at a company where you can deliver real impact. You must also have:

3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role;

Exceptional customer service skills and experience;

Experience managing/leading a small team;

Experience using ticketing and CRM systems (Odoo preferred, but Salesforce, Zendesk, NetSuite, SAP, etc., are also relevant).
