Join Our Team as a Customer Care Specialist - Orthodontic Supplies

Are you experienced in dental, orthodontic care or customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional support? Our leading orthodontic supply company is seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Specialist. Located on Collins Street in Melbourne, our vibrant workplace fosters collaboration and growth.

Your Role:

As a key member of our customer support team, you will be instrumental in maintaining our strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, processing orders efficiently, and contributing to business retention strategies. You'll also have the opportunity to provide valuable insights based on customer feedback, enhancing overall customer satisfaction. The role is a full-time role based in the office from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: While two years of orthodontic clinical experience is preferred, we welcome applicants who are highly motivated, have a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.

Skills: You should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to solve problems effectively.

Attitude: A positive, hands-on approach is essential, along with a proactive mindset towards building and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to orthodontic professionals and clinics, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues with a sense of urgency that matches our company value of efficiency.

Process orders accurately and efficiently, including preparing quotations, checking for accuracy, and packing orders for shipment.

Utilize your experience to assist customers in selecting appropriate supplies and provide detailed product information.

Collaborate closely with the team to escalate enquiries as needed and ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and identify opportunities for upselling.

Maintain detailed customer records and provide feedback to enhance overall customer experience.

Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency, aiming for quick and satisfactory resolutions.

Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and maintain long-term relationships.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing valuable feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Occasional travel to support market activities to engage with our customers at industry events

Requirements:

A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Previous experience in dental, orthodontic care, or customer service roles is preferred.

Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology and products is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities.

Inbound and outbound calling experience is beneficial.

Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software; experience with order management systems is a plus.
