Position Details:

Location: Blacktown

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary: $53,679.60 + Super

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responding to customer inquiries with expert advice on automotive parts

• Applying your knowledge of vehicle parts and manufacturers to assist customers

• Supporting the sales team with parts interpretation and order processing

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for customer service and the automotive industry

• Previous experience in phone sales or with Pentana software is a plus

• Team player with a proactive attitude
