About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Junior Customer Service Representative who thrives on building customer relationships, solving problems, and being part of a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

· Communicate with new and existing customers regarding our products and services

· Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally

· Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations

· Direct leads to the field sales team when appropriate

· Accurately enter and update customer data in our CRM system

· Process orders promptly and accurately

· Maintain detailed call records and customer interaction notes

· Contribute to preserving our strong company reputation through outstanding service

What We’re Looking For

· A great attitude and willingness to learn

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly

· Comfortable using (or learning to use) CRM systems and managing data

· Cool under pressure with strong problem-solving skills

· A positive team player with a "can-do" mindset

· Experience in customer service or telesales is a bonus, especially in the foodservice industry — but not essential.
