🚛 SERVICE ADVISOR – COUNTRY DIESEL MAINTENANCE (ALICE SPRINGS)

We are seeking a confident and organised Service Advisor to be the frontline connection between our valued customers and our skilled workshop team. Based in Alice Springs, Country Diesel Maintenance offers mechanical servicing to a diverse range of vehicles, with a particular focus on diesel, light vehicles, and fleet clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, taking bookings, confirming concerns, and setting expectations

Preparing and presenting accurate estimates and job progress updates

Managing job status and follow-ups using our internal system (Fullbay) and workshop scheduling tools

Handling invoicing and documentation confidently and accurately

Liaising with fleet managers and key clients to obtain approvals and ensure work complies with any pre-agreed terms

Monitoring jobs in progress to avoid delays or missed tasks

What You'll Need

Proven experience in a workshop customer service or service advisor role (mechanical background highly regarded)

Ability to multitask and work proactively in a busy, fast-moving environment

Strong communication and organisational skills, both verbal and written

Confidence with computer-based job tracking and invoicing systems (Fullbay experience is a bonus)

Professional approach with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

A current valid Australian driver's licence is required
