Your normal day will involve:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for all customer service needs.
• Coordinating service bookings, managing repair orders, and updating customers on repair status.
• Handling warranty claims and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with professional service, follow-ups, and prompt communication.
• Collaborating with the Workshop Foreman to streamline service operations.
