Job details :

The highly specialised job and operating knowledge required includes the following:
▪ Work with IBM CASE product PACBASE to design, implement and support core banking modules of MSS
Application. Perform programming changes for the legacy banking application, hosted on IBM
Mainframe in PACBASE, COBOL, HLASM Assembly Language and JCL Job Control Language (JCL).

▪ Providing ON-CALL Support for MSS Production Cycle ensuring ABENDS (Abnormal Ends) are fixed in
given SLA for MSS. Sterling Portal Log Viewer troubleshooting for MQ Series Jobs to data files
transmissions to and from MSS, GOE, SAM Applications.

▪ Perform daily execution of NPE Non-Production Environment for UA-ESIT-1, KA-ESIT-2, IMX, IMT
Environment. Execute weekly cycles of Pre-Production in Dayton and Westpac under GA Cycle. Monitor
MUTUA/KA/GA/PS/PP Jobs during execution, provide solutions for any abnormal terminations of jobs
in NPE.

▪ Code ONETIME WAAPDSUT Programs for Production fixes. Amend JCL PROCS for Batch Changes.
Enhance REPORTS using RPTC, RPTP, RPTS CICS Modules. Execute REPORTER JOBS to extract reports
Incident Resolutions. Modification of existing MASTER FILE DB with ZAPR.

▪ Build components and complete Unit Testing with XPEDITOR, INTERTEST. Support data requirements
and conditioning for SIT System Integration Testing, UAT. Prepare Implementation Plan for Change
Management using SNOW, JIRA for deployments.

▪ Redesigning modules in Java Classes for MSS-GOE-SAM Interfaces. Explore Google Cloud Solutions for
MSS. Develop new components as Web Based Interfaces in Java Frameworks. Migrate existing code in
Cobol to develop new code in Python, Java for Westpac Loan Servicing & Origination for upgrading
banking, insurance modules and rating routines.

▪ Data retrieval and pre-processing for data science team using Python Libraries NumPy, Pandas for the
project for analysis on investor acquisitions, loan delinquency trends to categorize risk loans in system.
