About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Media and Online Learning team as a Full Stack Lead Developer where you will be responsible for:

  • Role has flexibility to either focus on front end development of educational interactives and web content or a focus on systems administration and site reliability.
  • Providing technical advice and leadership in emerging web based technologies as part of the Digital Learning team.
  • Leading the technical and functional design of multimedia projects.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and liaise between clients and elearning development team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have, some or all of:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Multimedia, Software Development, Dev-Ops or Web Development.
  • Advanced technical skills and ability related to the development of server systems software.
  • Expertise in javascript and PHP programming languages.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and contribute to the technical design of e-learning approaches including learning management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to the writing of design briefs and specifications.
