About the Role

You’ll support a dynamic sales team Managers, providing day-to-day administrative and marketing support to help drive residential sales.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property, real estate, or sales admin
• Strong administration and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

What You’ll Bring

• Prepare and manage residential sales contracts and partner documentation
• Create brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral for new releases
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate workflow
• Maintain accurate CRM and database records
• Support events, project launches, and ongoing sales campaignsProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
