2IC Sales Administrator – Large Residential Agency
Join a well-established real estate group known for its high-performing sales team and solid internal structure. This is a hands-on leadership-style role where you'll support the Office Manager and work closely with a team of administrators to keep everything running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinate listings, contracts, compliance and vendor communication
Oversee marketing campaigns and advertising across print and digital
Step in as second-in-charge, guiding junior admins and maintaining workflow
Liaise with agents, suppliers and clients in a busy, high-volume office
Enjoy strong systems, great people, and clear growth pathways
Senior Team Assistant – Industrial Sales | Large Real Estate Company
Join a young, energetic and respectful team in the Industrial division of one of Australia’s leading Real Estate Companies firms. You’ll work closely with high-performing agents on major industrial transactions, proposals and campaigns — all from a sleek CBD office with great energy.
What you’ll be doing:
Prepare polished reports, proposals and tender documents
Coordinate marketing materials, newsletters and mail-outs
Keep CRM data accurate and help drive its team-wide adoption
Organise meetings, catering and team events
Assist with expenses, recoveries and finance admin
Step in for reception and team support as needed

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 + years Admin experience in real estate or property
Strong written communication and attention to detail
