Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new property management opportunities in Pimpama and surrounding suburbs
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the rental portfolio
• Engage with prospective landlords and investors to promote our services
• Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out lead generation campaigns
• Monitor local market activity and competitor offerings
• Represent the company at events and build your professional network

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or real estate sales
• Sound understanding of the local property market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve targets
• Self-starter attitude
• Valid real estate registration, driver’s license, and access to a reliable vehicle
