We help patients across Australia living in both metro and rural communities to access affordable healthcare in the comfort and convenience of their home. We're looking for team members to work with our growing patient support team to be part of the new way of providing healthcare.

InstantScripts is Australia's largest telehealth and online digital healthcare service. We have won multiple awards but more importantly, we have been able to help over 1 million Australians access fast, safe and secure online telehealth services. We are part of Wesfarmers, one of the largest and most respected businesses in Australia (along with InstantScripts, Kmart, Bunning, and Officeworks are part of the Wesfarmers group, and employees have access to great staff benefits).

Our team is growing in response to more Australians wanting to access online healthcare. We're looking for new team members to join our Melbourne based team to help us look after doctor and patient enquiries and ensure they have a positive experience. The role plays a crucial part in the success of InstantScripts, as our doctors and patients are always placed at the centre of everything we do.

About the Role

Available to be rostered Monday to Sunday, 7am to Midnight AWST (can vary according to business needs)

Fully Remote

Casual (approximately 15 to 20hours per week) with opportunity to go permanent (part time and full time)

Your responsibilities will include supporting our patients, doctors and partners and respond to queries relating to our suite of services - telehealth consultations, pathology, medical certificates, prescriptions and more.

About you

2+ years' experience in a customer support or doctor / patient support services roles

Excellent written communication skills. Experience in live chat and email support will be highly regarded

Good level of computer literacy

Highly organised and self-motivated

Attention to detail and accuracy

Empathetic

Team player with high level of interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt to a dynamic work requirement

Adept at multi-tasking

Ability to work without direct supervision

Experience in health services desirable
