🚐 About the Role: Disability Support Worker
We’re expanding our frontline team and are looking for compassionate, dependable professionals to deliver exceptional support to our participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support in personal care, community participation, transport, and daily routines.
Follow person-centred plans to help participants reach their goals and live independently.
Uphold the highest standards of documentation, safety, and safeguarding.
Implement behaviour support strategies (with full training provided).
Communicate respectfully and professionally with families and colleagues.
What You Bring:
A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current First Aid & CPR certification.
A full driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Flexibility and reliability across shifts.
Bonus if You Have:
Experience in complex or high-intensity support environments.
Prior work in SIL or community-based roles.
Familiarity with case management platforms (e.g. Splose).
