Enaeline Support Services is expanding our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Support services in the South West, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our amazing Bunbury team.

Now, as we expand our services in Bunbury and surrounding areas, we need skilled Support Workers who share our commitment to compassion, inclusion, and excellence.
Your Role as a Support Worker
As a Disability Support Worker with Enaeline, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals to live independently and participate in their community. Your duties may include:
✔ Supporting individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
✔ Providing companionship and fostering social engagement
✔ Assisting with community access and recreational activities
✔ Implementing person-centered support plans
✔ Supporting individuals with high needs and complex behaviors in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Support Workers who embody the values of compassion, patience, and professionalism. Whether you have experience in Community Support and/or SIL, if you are passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you.
🎯 Key Requirements & Qualifications
6-12 months of relevant experience (Individual, Community or SIL Supports)
Certificate III in Individual Support (desirable)
Dementia, Mental Health and Complex Care Training (highly regarded)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
First Aid & CPR Certification (bonus for Mental Health First Aid)
Manual Handling & Medication Administration Training
Working with Children Check & National Police Clearance
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (must be available for at least 10 hours per week)
