Our Company, Lenan Corporation is one of Australia's leading Distributors of health and beauty products, supplying Pharmacy and Health & Beauty retailers. Our extensive range of products cover Haircare, Skincare, Fragrance, Bath & Body and Heath related products found in Pharmacy.

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to work in a hybrid on-road/work from home capacity servicing customers both locally and nationally.

Based in Townsville, you will be responsible for the management of long term and well-established accounts in Cairns, Townsville, Rockhampton, Mt Isa and surrounding areas. In addition to this, you will also manage, via telephone, customers across Australia with targeted campaigns aimed at boosting both their frequency of order and spend. The role will include 3 weeks of travel in an 8-week cycle. The balance of your time will be spent servicing customers in Townsville and surrounds and working from home servicing our wider national customer base. The territory is large and requires a lot of driving.

Focusing primarily on Pharmacy, you will be responsible for:

Management of existing clients and developing new opportunities.

Driving sales to exceed targets

Promoting new products, promotional items and services to existing and new clients.

Taking orders and maintaining customer details in our field sales program (Inzant).

To be considered for the role, you will need:

A proven ability to develop and maintain a structured call cycle.

A sound knowledge and competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

An ability to work independently.

Strong negotiation skills.

A strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving sound financial results.

A minimum two years’ experience in either an in-store Retail Management or Field Account Manager role.

A current Australian Driver's License, a car is provided.
