We’re currently looking for a Full-Time and Part Time Sales Consultant to join our small but dedicated team. If you love helping people, have an eye for interiors, and enjoy working in a close, supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the selection of flooring and window furnishings to meet their needs

Assisting customers in visualising and planning their desired home or commercial spaces

Coordinating with our installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

Participating in training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product innovations

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the flooring or home furnishings industry

Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and tailor your approach to different customer needs

Attention to detail and the ability to accurately measure and quote for installations

A driven and self-motivated approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Adaptability and a willingness to learn, as you will be working with a range of flooring and window furnishing products
