About the Role

This role starts with training and shadowing – not selling. In your first month:

Week 1–2: Ride along with our check measurer to gain a deep understanding of the technical side of the product.

Week 3–4: Shadow experienced sales consultants to learn how we sell, how we support customers, and how to use our systems.

Once confident, you’ll start conducting your own in-home consultations. Every appointment is pre-qualified and booked for you. Your daily activities will include:

Visiting customers' homes for consultations and quoting measurements

Following up warm leads to close deals

Logging all activity into our custom-built sales and quoting software (via tablet or phone)

Conducting follow-ups throughout the day in a workflow that suits your individual rhythm

Collaborating with our support, admin, and tech teams to ensure smooth job progression

What We’re Looking For

We’re not just hiring a resume – we’re hiring a mindset. To succeed in this role, you must:

Be willing to learn before earning – short-term patience, long-term reward

Have a positive attitude, professional presentation, and excellent communication skills

Be comfortable with face-to-face in-home consultations

Have strong attention to detail and be confident using technology

Possess basic math skills and spatial awareness

Hold a current driver’s license and have a reliable vehicle

Have availability to work across Brisbane, Logan, and the Gold Coast

Experience in security screens, furnishings, or construction is a bonus – but not required.
