In this role, you’ll oversee 10–15 investment home builds across SEQ growth areas, coordinating trades, managing site progress, and ensuring timely, quality delivery—all without the pressure of client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule trades to keep projects running on time.
• Read and implement site plans, with regular visits to monitor build progress.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with reliable trades and suppliers.
• Provide regular updates to the Construction Manager on key project milestones.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years’ experience supervising investment home builds.
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is essential.
• A trade background is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of stability and commitment in previous roles.
