About the Role

As the Finance All Rounder, you’ll be a valued member of the Finance & Control team, responsible for a wide range of accounting functions across payables, receivables, and month-end processes.

End to End functions of accounts payable and receivable

Processing of stock and non-stock suppliers (Local and Export customers).

Daily financial reporting and bank reconciliations

Assist with month-end journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations

Prepare payment files and support documents for approval

Backup for payroll processing.

Assisting with the preparation of BAS as required.

General accounts support to the team and broader business

This is a key support role that will help Lolliland grow and accelerate whilst providing the opportunity to learn the full business operations and grow within the business. Flexibility is key to the role and a detailed Job description will be provided at the time of the final selection to the right candidate.

About You:

To be considered for this role you must:

2+ years of hands-on accounting experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience using Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred. Power BI experience would be a plus.

Be able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills.

Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
