The Role:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure the smooth daily operations of the store, help to recruit and train the team to be successful, work with the owners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed. Skills and Attributes:

• Experienced Restaurant Manager of a Café, Restaurant, Club or QSR
• Competent in financial management and dealing with budgets and sales
• A high level of attention to detail and a forward-thinking professional
• Lead staff by example, inspire, passionate with good values
• Great communication skills and be fun, dynamic, and outgoing
