Daily Rate: $1200 - $1300 incl Super

Location: Sydney CBD / WFH Hybrid

About You:

• 5+ years' experience in IAM governance, compliance or operational leadership within complex organisations.
• Deep understanding of access management lifecycle, SoD, RBAC, UAR and compliance processes.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, including capacity planning and workload management.
• Experience managing application onboarding and IAM toolsets within an enterprise setting.
• Strong grasp of identity governance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and control assurance.
• Comfortable navigating global standards and aligning local IAM execution with enterprise-wide objectives.

About the Role:

• Oversee the execution of IAM operational strategies, aligned with enterprise and global TOM frameworks.
• Lead the team responsible for day-to-day IAM operations, including user access reviews, attestation, SoD matrix reviews, and onboarding activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across IAM business operations, championing change and building team capability.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, liaising closely with governance and risk teams.
• Track, report, and act on performance metrics to ensure IAM services meet business needs and improve over time.
