We’re on the lookout for a switched-on Assistant Manager to help lead the team at Zambrero Lismore. Full-time, 38 hours per week, with flexibility to build your own roster.

🔥 Your Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly and the team energised. You’ll:

Lead shifts and coach the crew

Support training, rostering, and team culture

Ensure food is prepped and served to Zam standards

Keep things clean, safe, and moving fast

Jump in wherever needed — and lead by example
