Role

The relevant role is an 8-month contract Site Manager position delivering a $3.5M New Build Education project in Traralgon, with an expected start date out on site to be early August.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating all subcontractors and trades on-site
• Ensuring all aspects of the build meet the quality standards and the project is delivered within time and budget allocated
• Resolving any disputes that may arise
• OH&S measures and procedures

Requirements

• Site Manager experience for a Commercial headcontractor
• Education project experience heavily favorable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Hammertech software
• Availability for an August start
