Commercial Real Estate firm seeking Site Manager to deliver 3 week tenancy upgrade in the CBD

A national Real Estate firm with a large, diverse portfolio is seeking a contract Site Manager to deliver a 3 week program performing a tenancy upgrade.

Located in the CBD, this role will be 6 days per week, and pay between $600 - $700 per day + Super depending on experience.

The successful applicant in this role will have first notice of future projects, or a permanent role as their workload progresses in this division.

Your new role

• Project Coordination: Overseeing scheduling and subcontractors.
• Quality Control: Ensuring high standards of workmanship.
• Health and Safety: Complying with safety regulations.
• Resource Management: Managing materials, labour, and equipment.
• Reporting: Keeping detailed records and communicating progress.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with commercial kitchen installation essential
  
• Minimum 5 years Site Management experience
  
• Able to commit from the 16th June - 5th July
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication as this is a client-facing role
  
• Experience delivering projects up to $3m
