Are you a hands-on Facilities Manager looking to take ownership of a multi-site portfolio and play a key role in improving operational performance? We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead facilities operations across a network of commercial and industrial sites.
This is a full-time opportunity offering stability, challenge, and growth, with the chance to transition from contract to permanent. You’ll be based across three Melbourne sites and will play a crucial role in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant facilities management services, while also supporting new fit-outs and capital projects.

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing and delivering preventative and reactive maintenance across all sites
- Maintaining statutory compliance records and rectifying any WHS issues promptly
- Managing facilities-related elements of new site fit-outs and improvements
- Procuring services and materials within budget and managing vendor relationships
- Ensuring efficient operation of systems including mechanical, electrical, and fire services
- Participating in audits, risk reports, and driving continuous process improvements
- Managing leases and supporting property expansion as needed
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and office managers across multiple sites
Your Profile

You're a proactive and solutions-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. You know how to prioritise, build relationships, and work both strategically and hands-on. You take pride in maintaining high safety standards, staying organised, and delivering quality outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in facilities management within a corporate, multi-site environment
- Experience managing both day-to-day operations and larger capital works projects
- Familiarity with site setup processes for office and warehouse spaces
- Proven ability to manage CapEx and OpEx budgets
- Strong understanding of WHS compliance and statutory maintenance requirements
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Lease negotiation and property management experience is highly regarded
