Are you a hands-on, high-impact Growth Marketing Manager keen to work with scale a fast-growing, venture-backed AI SaaS startup from 0→1.

You’ll be building the entire acquisition and monetisation engine — launching experiments, owning the funnel, and unlocking product-led growth across sales, marketing, and customer success personas.

Work directly with the founders and Head of Marketing to define and deliver strategy — then roll up your sleeves and make it happen.

What We're Looking For

• $170-200K-level talent — you’re already operating at a high level, but open to a package that grows with you.
• Experience working in scaling SaaS environments, ideally where the product is sold to go-to-market teams like marketing, product, CS, or revenue.
• Experience in product-led growth or hybrid GTM motions.
• Growth generalist: proven in SEO, paid, content, marketing automation, onboarding flows, and lifecycle marketing.
• Clear track record of acquisition and monetisation success — not just top-of-funnel.
• Strategic and hands-on. You’ve done the reps, have instincts for what cuts through, and you back it with data.
• Bonus: Experience marketing to go-to-market buyers or with software that supports product, CS, or marketing functions

You’ll Be Doing Things Like

• Bringing fresh ideas — not the traditional B2B SaaS playbook — and testing them fast.
• Building and scaling a multi-channel acquisition strategy to drive freemium signups and monetisation.
• Launching and optimising experiments to convert users — across email, lifecycle, paid, SEO, landing pages, and in-product flows.
• Setting KPIs and owning the funnel: from impressions and CTR to conversion, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Partnering across product, marketing, and engineering to launch growth plays that cut through.
