The Role
The Internal Marketing Manager is responsible for driving awareness, credibility, and growth for Q Agency through owned, earned, and paid marketing channels. You’ll be the internal engine behind our brand — developing campaigns, content, and strategies that elevate our voice in the market, attract top-tier clients and talent, and support our leadership and sales teams.
This role is perfect for a strategic, hands-on marketer who understands agency life and wants to build a standout brand from the inside out.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive internal marketing strategy aligned with agency goals
Manage and optimise all owned marketing channels (website, blog, email, social, etc.
Plan and launch targeted campaigns to drive brand visibility and inbound interest
Work with directors to market new service lines, case studies, and client wins
Content & Communications
Create and oversee content production for blogs, email newsletters, and thought leadership
Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars that reflect our culture, case studies, and expertise
Coordinate PR opportunities, awards submissions, and speaking engagements
Craft agency credentials, decks, and marketing collateral
Digital & Performance Marketing
Manage SEO/SEM strategy for our own brand presence
Launch and test paid social and search campaigns to reach prospective clients
Track performance and generate monthly reporting on key KPIs (traffic, leads, engagement, etc.)
Brand & Creative Oversight
Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and marketing materials
Collaborate with designers to develop visual assets for campaigns, website updates, and digital ads
Manage external creatives or freelancers as needed
Internal Culture & Talent Marketing
Market our agency culture and career opportunities to help attract top talent
Support internal initiatives like events, team milestones, and brand culture documentation
Skills & Experience
Required:
3+ years experience in marketing, ideally in a digital or creative agency environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and how to use them to build a B2B brand
Exceptional writing, content, and storytelling skills
Confident in managing social media, SEO, email marketing, and CMS platforms
Organised, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have:
Experience with performance marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Familiarity with HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, or similar
A design eye and ability to brief or create on-brand content
PR, events, or partnerships experience
