Job Summary:
Vincent Buda and Company is seeking a hands-on and driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function as we continue to scale a trusted, third-generation family business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital, email, and social media channels, while working closely with internal teams and external agencies on SEO, SEM, UX, content creation, and website development.
You’ll also assist with product branding, content production, and go-to-market plans for new and existing products. Managing budgets, tracking performance, and bringing creative ideas to life will be key to your success.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of marketing experience, a strong digital skillset, and a proactive approach to execution. Experience in e-commerce and tools like GA4, Shopify, and Klaviyo is highly regarded.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sydney with a salary of $115,000 + bonus incentives. You’ll enjoy flexible remote work (1–2 days per week), a 38-hour work week, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a close-knit, values-driven team.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
Manage social media, email and digital marketing efforts
Collaborating with external agencies
SEO / SEM / UXC
Content creation
Website Developer
Internal content creation alongside external agency
Assist with product branding
Develop and execute go to market plan
Manage marketing budgets
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and project management skills
E-commerce website experience
At least 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role across B2C, B2B Sectors
Strong knowledge of digital tools (GA4, SEO, SEM, etc)
Creative and analytical thinking
Attention to detail
Competency with technology
Video Editing
Preferred Skills
Shopify platform experience
Experience with platforms such as Klavyio,
Experience collaborating with agencies
Photo editing
Canva experience
