Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Full-Time)

We’re hiring a full-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead and scale the online presence of Ben Simpson, the Ben & Bergs Podcast, and Collective Shift Australia’s fastest-growing crypto research platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us at the forefront of a booming sector in finance, media, and tech. With a bold new brand, growing media channels, and a community of high-net-worth investors, we’re looking for the right person to help take it to the next level.

You’ll work directly with Ben and our in-house team to bring high-impact content to life, grow influence across platforms, and shape the voice of an emerging category leader. If you love creating content, building brands, and moving fast, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Grow Ben’s personal brand through consistent, high-impact content across social channels (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).

Manage the Ben & Bergs Podcast: production timelines, publishing, repurposed content.
Manage the Collective Shift brand channels and content including LinkedIn, Instagram and member content including the Weekly Member Q&A and more

Execute email campaigns: segmentation, delivery, performance optimisation.

Oversee video-first content marketing across all platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Manage external contractors and video editors to ensure timely, quality output.

Work within an established content strategy — your job is to bring it to life and drive momentum.

What You’ll Need

3+ years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.

Proven results growing brands via Instagram and TikTok.

Strong grasp of email marketing platforms (we use Customer.io).

Experience managing content workflows and external creatives.

Sharp copywriting and briefing skills you know how to craft content that converts.

Bonus: Interest in crypto, tech, or entrepreneurship.

Salary: $90K–$110K AUD (commensurate with experience)
