Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, websites, and printed collateral.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging with the college’s strategic goals.
Assist in organising college events, open days, and community engagement activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Maintain and update the college’s website and social media channels.
Ensure branding consistency across all platforms and materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar marketing or communication role.
Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the education or vocational training sector is advantageous.
