About the Role:
This role is a unique combination of customer-facing hospitality and creative marketing. You’ll be the face of Ubertas Wines at our cellar door and contribute to our growing digital presence. Key responsibilities include:

Key Duties:

Hosting wine tastings and delivering good customer service

Assisting with cellar door operations

Managing and creating content for social media platforms

Supporting website updates and email marketing

Assisting with event setup and coordination

Contributing to the growth of our Wine Club

Requirements:

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (or willingness to obtain)

A passion for wine and hospitality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer literacy

Training Provided In:

ChatGPT (for AI-assisted content creation)

Now Book It (reservation system)

Canvas (for graphic design)

Social media management

Website management

Hours:

Permanent part-time: Minimum 29 hours per week (Wed-Sat)

Full-time option available (Tuesday to Saturday)
