A head office in CBD to a group of restaurants is seeking applications for an experienced Administrative/ Account assistant to work directly with the director and work along with the management teams from each restaurant.

The businesses are rapidly growing, and more hours and responsibilities will be handed if you are willing to learn and progress with the businesses.

Experience in the Retail and Hospitality sector preferred

Must be available from Monday to Wednesday

Skills/Requirements:

A qualification in business

3- 5 years experience as an administrivia role in professional service

Ability to multitask manage deadlines and prioritise work

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Position tasks include:

Day-to-day Administrative support to Directors

Work along with the management teams in each venue and provide Administrative support

Be highly competent in using Xero(Payroll), Microsoft Office, and processing of administrative tasks

Weekly payroll, payments process, and data input and maintenance tasks ( Training provided)

Cash handling and petty cash reconciliation knowledge

Budget management and reporting skills essential ( Training provided)

Travel arrangements

Coordinate meetings and follow up of meeting actions

HR & Marketing Administration as requested

Ad-hoc assistance when required across the venues
